Discussion and possible action to enter into a Non-Financial MOU agreement with Laredo Hams Amateur Radio Club, Inc. to allow access to radio tower and storage facility located at 8501 San Dario Ave, Laredo, TX 78045 to be utilized as backup radio operations during disaster emergency situations and will serve as backup communication, in the event of complete communication failure, and authorize the Webb County Judge to sign any and all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
