Discussion and possible action to accept the American Rescue Plan Act, 2021, One-Time Funding Grant for the Head Start, Early Head Start, and Child Care Partnership programs in the amount of $1,629,633 (Federal). A waiver has been submitted for Non-Federal Match.

Background:

President Biden signed Public Law 117-2, the American Rescue Plan Act, 2021, into law on March 11, 2021. The Plan includes formula based federal funding for Head Start programs based on enrollment.
