Discussion and possible action to approve, by Order, the following budget amendment (line item transfer) from the Operation Reserve Fund to the Economic Development TPWD Local Parks and to authorize a change order to the contract between Webb County and Splashpads USA for additional concrete at a cost of $5,945.00 for the Rio Bravo site and $10,260.00 for the Bruni site in accordance with the Texas Local Government Code; Section 262.031 (Changes in Plans and Specifications) and to further authorize the County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
