Discussion and possible action to transfer employee in slot #1915 from dept. 1030 to Slot #2675 from dept. 1040 effective July 9, 2021; with additional action to approve the filling of slot #1915 upon being vacant and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Current employee in said slot will be transferring to another department.

Solution: Request court to consider the transfer, filling of slot, and any budget amendment necessary.

Result: Both departments will have fully functional staff operating offices.
