Discussion and possible action to accept the Texas Community Development Program (TCDP) contract #7219095 from the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) in the amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) grant funds and Two Hundred Thousand ($200,000) in matching funds for water system improvements in Mirando City and authorize Webb County Judge to sign all relevant documentation. Issue: The Mirando City Water Supply Corporation has had numerous "deficiency findings" by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
Solution: An increase in water volume by drilling an additional water well and water well system improvements for the Mirando City Water Supply Corporation will address this deficiency finding as per the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
Result: The performance of the water system improvements for the Mirando City Water Supply Corporation will address this deficiency finding.
