Background:
On July 12, 2021 Commissioner’s Court accepted and entered into an agreement with the US Department of Treasury for The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 in an amount of $53,600,000.00 Dollars. All required documents were sent for review through the Economic Development Department and the solicitation is compliant with the Webb County Single Point of Contact (SPOC) procedures; and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
Previous Court Action:
On February 14, 2022 Webb County Commissioner's Court accepted the recommendations of the Webb County ARPA Scoring Committee for award of Non-Governmental Organizations ARPA Sub-Award Applications; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
