Discussion and possible action to enter into a three-year (September 12, 2022 through September 11, 2025) subscription service Agreement with NEOGOV for an online portal service module (“Recruit Module”) which will streamline the job application process for potential new hires in an amount not to exceed Sixty-Six Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-Six Dollars Twenty Cents ($66,326.20) and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents and any matters incident thereto. Issue: This added module will allow potential employees to fill out required forms paperless and contactless which will expedite the pre-employment process more effectively.
Solution: NEOGOV provides existing software used by County Human Resource Services department for Webb County employees. The onboard subscription service agreement would be an added module to enhance existing services for new hires. This subscription service agreement is being recommended from only once source due to existing software in place in order for it to be compatible.
Result: Onboard provides potential employees with a pre-start date checklist driving visibility and new hire engagement, paperless and contactless.
