Report by Community Action Agency to the Court in accordance with our annual CSBG Organizational Standard requirements. A Comprehensive Risk Assessment has been conducted for Community Action Agency Social Services to ensure that the work environment is free from health and safety threats. This assessment has helped generate appropriate awareness of hazards amongst both employees and managers.
Issue: By conducting a comprehensive risk assessment we can identify potential hazards and their associated risks.
Solution: Regular checks of the site facilities and equipment will be conducted, employee awareness to safety rules and adherence to security measures.
Result: CAA Social Services will continue implementing effective control measures that will protect staff and clients by preventing accidents.
