Issue: These positions were reviewed by the Webb County classification and wage consulting services provider, Segal Waters Consulting, and it was determined that the positions required a grade and salary change based on a market analysis performed. These recommendations were reviewed and approved by the Wage Review Committee.
Solution: Approve the proposed changes discussed and approved by the Wage Review Committee.
Result: Positions will be classified appropriately per market analysis.
