Background:
Item is a regulatory compliance matter with development provisions of state and local laws/regulations. The purpose of this re-plat is to incorporate an additional 1-acre parcel into a previously platted 7-acre tract. The additional 1-acre parcel is comprised of approximately 1,200 sq. ft. in Webb County jurisdiction and the remaining acreage in the corporate limits of the City of Laredo.
