Discussion and possible action to enter into a Purchase and Sale Agreement with B&M Establishment Group Inc. for the purchase of two (2) tracts of land together with improvements located in the Eastern Division of Laredo, Webb County, Texas (Property ID Nos. 1738729 (1401 Guatemozin) and 17386 (603 North Loring)), ordering and exemption to said purchase pursuant to §262.024 (a) (6) Texas Local Government Code, and any matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents..
