Discussion and possible action to enter into a Service Agreement Renewal between Appriss and Webb County for Fiscal Year 2015 for the Victim Information & Notification Everyday (VINE) Program for the automated notification of crime victims for a period of Twelve (12) months beginning on September 1, 2014, through August 31, 2015, for a total amount of Twenty-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Fifteen Dollars and Thirty-Two Cents ($27,715.32) and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. Background:
This service agreement is a maintenance renewal to provide automated victim notification services in Webb County, including twelve (12) months of service for the district courts and the Webb County jail. The payment for this contract will be provided by grant funding from the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) through Statewide Automated Victim Notification Services (SAVNS) Grant No. 1555689.
Previous Court Action:
The acceptance of the grant contract/agreement that pays for these VINE Services was approved by the Webb County Commissioners' Court on Monday, August 25, 2014.
