Discussion and possible action to approve a Memorandum of agreement, between Webb County and Laredo Community College Continuing Education, which was awarded on July 13, 2015 as per RFP 2015-72. The agreement provides that L.C.C. will provide customer service training to employees of Webb County. The fee will be One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($1,250.00), per 1.5 hour session of up to 100 participants. The employees will be required to complete customer service 1 and customer service 2. The agreement will be for 1 year and may be extended for a second year and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents.
