Discussion and possible action to approve amendments to the Personnel Policies namely, Section 9.09 Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), to be in compliance with Federal Law; and any other matters incident thereto:
Issue: During a recent visit by the wage and hour personnel it was pointed out that we had elements missing from our personnel policy and that we were not in full compliance.
Solution: Incorporate changes as indicated in the federal law and federal law posters.
