Discussion and possible action to modify the current Substance Abuse Treatment Services Operation Agreement to the current awarded on May 23, 2016 between People with Ideas of Love, Liberty, Acceptance, and Respect (P.I.L.L.A.R.) and Webb County for the 406th Judicial District Court - Adult Drug Court Program for professional services. Additional Substance Abuse Treatment Services were added at an additional cost of $1,667.67 per month beginning May 1, 2017 - September 29, 2017 and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. Previous Court Action:
The Webb County Commissioner's Court approved and authorized the establishment of a Drug Court Program and designated the 406th District Court as one of the courts authorized to implement this program.
