Background:
Item is a regulatory compliance matter with development provisions of state and local laws/regulations.
The proposed plat was considered by the Planning Advisory Board (PAB) on December 21, 2017. At said meeting, the PAB recommended preliminary and final plat approval contingent upon the project engineer securing the signatures from the property owner and City of Laredo Planning Commission.
Pursuant to the PAB’s directive, all pending signatures have been executed; therefore, the plat is eligible for submission to the Commissioners Court for consideration.
