Item is a regulatory compliance matter with development provisions of state and local laws/regulations. The purpose is to plat 29.65 acres into a commercial tract that is partially located within the corporate limits of the City of Laredo off Highway 359, approximately 4.5 miles East of Loop 20. The proposed plat received final approval from the City of Laredo Planning & Zoning Commission on April 19, 2018.
