Item is a regulatory compliance matter with development provisions of state and local laws/regulations. The purpose is to plat 13.06 acres into a commercial tract that is partially located within the corporate limits of the City of Laredo off Highway FM1472, approximately 11.5 miles North West of Loop 20. The proposed plat received final approval from the City of Laredo Planning & Zoning Commission on December 3, 2015 and was granted a 6 month extension on June 7, 2018.
