Discussion and possible action to enter into a maintenance agreement (Agreement No. 1990969-2019 DIR-TSO-3937) between Appriss Safety and Webb County. The agreement is by and through the State of Texas, Department of Information Resources for products and related services with Appriss, Inc. and will provide appropriate maintenance to the software used with VINE (Victim Information and Notification Everyday Program). The renewal will provide services through August 31, 2019. The total cost of $28,546.78 will be paid by the Office of The Attorney General. There is no cash match, and authorizing the County Judge to execute any and all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. Background:
This service agreement is a maintenance renewal to provide automated victim notification services in Webb County, including twelve (12) months of service for all the Webb County district courts and the Webb County Jail.
