Discussion and possible action to authorize the Purchasing Agent to secure competitive quotes to build an artificial teeing area on the 4th hole to convert the hole temporarily to a par 3 from a par 5 and reducing the golf course par from 72 to 70 (acceptable). The 4th fairway is not playable and while we will test different solutions during the growing season, we believe salt content will make growing turf difficult at best.
