Discussion and possible action to enter into a State and Local HIDTA Task Force Agreement with the United States Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Agency for the Webb County District Attorney's Office for a one year period (October 1, 2019 - September 30, 2020 being FY 2020) providing for task force duties and overtime reimbursement payments to County; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any matters incident thereto. [Requested by District Attorney]
Background:
The agreement provides for reimbursement of overtime for participating officers funds for equipment, fuel, supplies , travel funds etc.
