Background:
Property was subject of a condemnation suit, owner agreed to settle the matter for compensation of $7,200.00 and relocation of fence across the front of the property. The easement is for roadway right-of-way, drainage, and utilities. Drainage structre will be built within the easement.

Court had previously ordered acquisition of easement through purchase or condemnation.
