Discussion and possible action to grant Preliminary Plat Approval to a Re-Plat of Block 1, Lots 6 & 7 of High Caliber Estates Subdivision into Lots 6A, 6B, 6C, 6D, 6E, 7A, 7B, 7C, 7D, 7E and grant a waiver from Section IX.2 of the Subdivision Regulations which call for cross streets at 1,500 feet and a maximum length of 1,000 feet for dead end streets.
