Discussion and possible action to approve the Preliminary and Final Plat of the Replat of Lot 5, Block 5, San Carlos Subdivision, Phase I, into Lots 5-A & 5-B, Block 5, San Carlos Subdivision, Phase I, and issue a "Certificate of Compliance with Plat Requirements" (ID 365).
Background:
Regulatory compliance required for the subdivision of real property. Said subdivision is for residential purposes; thus, subject to full compliance with the Model Subdivision Rules (MSRs) and state and local laws.
On November 28, 2012, the Planning Advisory Board recommended approval contingent upon the construction and acceptance of the road and drainage improvements by the County Engineer and Road & Bridge Superintendent BEFORE submission to the Commissioners Court. The approval/acceptance of the County Engineer and Road & Bridge Superintendent was received on 3/14/2014 and 4/7/2014, respectively (acceptance letters attached).
Through receipt of the referenced correspondence, all required improvements associated with this plat proposal have been constructed in compliance with all rules/regulations.
