CALL TO ORDER BY THE HONORABLE TANO E. TIJERINA, WEBB COUNTY JUDGE

	3.				Public Comment - This section provides the public the opportunity to address the Commissioners Court on any items on the Agenda. Members of the public wishing to participate must complete a Witness Card specifying which agenda item they wish to comment on. Each public member will be allowed a total of Three (3) minutes within which to make any/all public comments.

	4.				Discussion and possible action to consider the results of the Webb County Salary Grievance Committee in accordance to the TX Local Govt. Code Sec. 152.016 regarding the salary grievances filed by the Honorable Mike Villarreal, Webb County Constable Pct. 2. and the Honorable Harold DeVally, Webb County Constable Pct. 4 requesting their proposed salary be increased from $85,457.59 to $97,807.59.  Said hearing was held on September 27th, 2022; and any other matters incident thereto. [Requested by Budget Office]
