CALL TO ORDER BY THE HONORABLE DANNY VALDEZ, WEBB COUNTY JUDGE

COURT TO DISCUSS AND ACT ON THE FOLLOWING:

	4.				Public Comment - This section provides the public the opportunity to address the Commissioners Court on any items on the Agenda. Members of the public wishing to participate must complete a Witness Card specifying which agenda item they wish to comment on. Each public member will be allowed a total of Three (3) minutes within which to make any/all public comments.

	5.				Discussion and possible action to terminate current lease and/or license agreements and all negotiations with the Laredo Pistol and Rifle Range Club.
	6.				Discussion and possible action to authorize a month to month temporary lease agreement with 4H Clubs and the former Laredo Pistol & Rifle Range Club for practice purposes; and any other matters incident thereto.
	7.				Discussion and possible action to solicit proposals for the lease of Webb County property on Hwy 59 formerly referred to as the Laredo Rifle and Pistol Range.
	8.				Discussion and possible action to approve Chamberlain Ranch and Water Service as a vendor for Webb County to sell water at the rate of .65 cents and base material at $ 2.00 a yard.
