Discussion and possible action to rescind Resolution 08-24-2020-29 (adopted August 24, 2020) regarding the rehabilitation/reconstruction of the Welch Road Bridge and adopting Resolution 12-7-2020-04 being a Resolution Agreeing to Utilize Local Government Participation Match Funds for the Rehabilitation of Various Off-System Bridge Structures (being $458,932.00); authorizing the County Judge to submit a letter of request to utilize said funds for the Welch Road bridge as an equivalent match project and any other matters incident thereto. |

Discussion and possible action to authorize the Purchasing Agent to develop and publish a Request for Qualifications for a qualified engineer/firm to develop plans, specifications and estimates for the reconstruction/rehabilitation of the Welch Road bridge and any matters incident thereto. |

Discussion with possible action to allocate funding in an amount not to exceed $25,000 for upgrades, repairs and improvements to the cart barn at the Casa Blanca Golf Course to include: Lighting, Electrical, Drainage, Concrete and other general areas within the cart barn, and to further authorize the Purchasing Agent to proceed in seeking competitive pricing in accordance with the Webb County Manual for Purchasing Policy and Procedures, transfer of funds will be moved from the General Operating Reserve Account #1001-1130-001-431007-010 to the Casa Blanca Golf Course Repairs and Maintenance Barn Account #7100-6080-001-443000-160 (Repairs and Maintenance Barn).
Issue: The current conditions of the cart barn are outdated, damaged and not conducive to operating a fully functional cart operation. Further, the current set up and conditions cannot handle additional carts that are being anticipated.
Solution: These proposed upgrades, repairs, and improvements will allow for more capacity and a more effective and efficient operation of the golf carts.
Result: Golf course staff will be able to accommodate the increased demand of rounds and golf cart usage. |

Discussion and possible action to authorize the County Judge to submit a revised County Transportation Infrastructure Fund Grant Program List of Transportation Infrastructure Projects for the 2014 CTIF program (increasing the budget for Mines Road/Eagle Pass Road by $1,000,000 and reducing Wormser Road by $1,000,00) and any matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents. [Funding Reimbursement is through CTIF Program Funds TxDOT] |

Discussion and possible action to enter into a Provider Agreement with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to enroll as a provider in the Texas COVID-19 Vaccination Response program at no cost to Webb County, and any other matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents.
Issue: As an immunization provider under Texas Department of State Health Services, Webb County is eligible to participate as a COVID-19 vaccine provider.
Solution: Commissioners Court approval will allow Webb County to enter into a Provider Agreement with the CDC.
Result: Once the COVID-19 vaccine is available, Webb County will be able to receive and administer the vaccines to Webb County residents. |
